5) The security on our loans is established by two important requirements: Equity and Marketability.

6) Valet Credit's Investor Program includes a personal guarantee loan agreement with a Director of Finitiative Solutions Inc.

7) The Investor Program's total capital will not exceed 30% of the total outstanding loan balances held by Finitiative Solutions / Valet Credit.

8) Quality and performance of loans will not affect the ROI or the guarantee to investors.

8) Investor Program Parameters: $10,000 min - $30,000 max investment, 1yr commitment, 9% ROI, personal guaranteed loan.
